Strategic spot

During my recent stay at Grand Hatika Hotel, my friends and I had a great experience. The room was comfortable with a king-size bed that easily accommodated all three of us. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, and there are plenty of attractions nearby. We even enjoyed live music at the night club just across from the hotel. The view from the property, though we couldn't swim, was breathtaking.

The rooms were clean and we received great customer service. The hotel was conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the city. the fast and reliable Wi-Fi was a great bonus during our stay.

The breakfast they offered was not to our taste. We felt that the selection was limited, and it lacked the quality we expected.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in front of the beautiful Tanjung Pendam beach was simply breathtaking. We could easily access the central tourist area of the island, making it convenient for exploring all the attractions. The hotel's central location in the city was also a plus, as it allowed us to easily access shops and commercial services.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach and close to the city center. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel was clean and had great facilities.

Nothing to dislike.

Located right in front of the stunning beach, this hotel offers the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset with a plethora of dining options nearby. The park across the street is an added advantage for strolling along the shore. The hotel is also conveniently located within a 5-minute drive from the city center. The rooms are spacious with neat furniture and comfortable beds.

Some of the staff members may lack experience and training, leading to some minor inconveniences during the stay.

The beach was just a short walk away, and the view from the room was beautiful. We also appreciated the free parking and the fact that there was a restaurant on site with good food.

The room was a bit small and cramped, and the air conditioning took a while to cool the room down properly. The staff was also not very attentive or friendly, and the pool was quite small.
